Our authorised TOTAL service centre has qualified technicians to inspect products bought from us that are still within the warranty period stated on the invoice. When you visit, the team receives and inspects the product and prepares a detailed repair report.
Repair charges
Labour is free of charge. You only pay for spare parts if they need replacing, and only with your prior approval.
What to bring
- The product and its accessories (battery and charger for cordless tools).
- The purchase invoice showing the warranty period.
- A short description of the problem.
